Indications

We implement COVID-19 protocols to guarantee the safety of our guests. Please keep in mind that you have to be at the sign-up spot 30 minutes before departure. Boarding will end 10 minutes before departure. Sign up for the additional activities aboard the boat or at the store.

Kids Adventure Park: The kids will have to be from age 4 to 11, 1 m (3.25 ft.) tall, and they must be accompanied by an adult when they participate.
Teen Adventure Cove includes activities that are physically demanding. Participants will have to be in excellent physical and mental condition.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed before or during the activities.
Zipline, Step Up, Banana, Rattlesnake Slide and Slide n’ Fly: minimum age of 12 years (Rattlesnake 8 yrs.), minimum height: 1.2 m (4 ft.), minimum weight: 40 kg (88 lbs), and a maximum weight of 118 kg (260 lbs.) The use of a lifejacket or lifesaver is mandatory during all water activities.
Due to federal regulations as an effort to protect the flying zone of native birds, drones are not allowed on this tour. We appreciate your attention to this important policy.
We recommend you to bring with you the following items: a swimsuit, a hat, biodegradable sunblock, a towel, light sweater, and extra cash for the fees at the federal port, pictures, and additional activities.

Also keep in mind that Mexico’s ports have a strict policy of No Drugs, which includes electronic cigarettes, vapers, and types of drugs. Please do not bring them on any of our tours. We cannot offer a reimbursement nor change the day for your tour or any guest once the Federal Security has denied your access.
