Indications

We recommend you show up at the registration site 45 minutes before the tour starts; additionally, we recommend you bring the following items:

• Swimsuit
• Light clothes
• Sunblock
• Sunglasses
• Towel
• Tennis shoes
• Sandals or appropriate footwear for the water.

Restrictions

• We implement COVID-19 protocols to guarantee the safety of our guests.
• Keep in mind that Mexico’s ports have a strict policy of No Drugs, which includes electronic cigarettes, vapers, and types of drugs. Please do not bring them on any of our tours. We cannot offer a reimbursement nor change the day for your tour for any guest once the Federal Security has denied your access.
• Please keep in mind that you have to be at the check-in spot 30 minutes before departure.
• Boarding will end 10 minutes before departure time.
• It is not allowed to bring any type of food or drinks.
