Indications

We implement COVID-19 protocols to guarantee the safety of our guests. Please keep in mind that you have to be at the sign-up spot 45 minutes before departure. Boarding will end 10 minutes before departure.

The minimum age is 10 years.
As per the recommendations by the PADI, beginner divers must not fly until 12 hours have passed from the immersion. Guests with breathing, cardiovascular, or ear problems must abstain. You have to be in good mental and physical condition to participate. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed. Pregnant women are not allowed as well. There is a federal port fee in place of $30 pesos, which has to be paid in cash before you board the boat.

Restrictions

Please keep in mind that you have to be at the sign-up spot 30 minutes before departure. Also keep in mind that Mexico’s ports have a strict policy of No Drugs, which includes electronic cigarettes, vapers, and types of drugs. Please do not bring them on any of our tours. We cannot offer a reimbursement nor change the day for your tour or any guest once the Federal Security has denied your access.
